iPads for Kyrgyzstan

We can purchase a used iPad 2 with 3G capabilities (the best choice in terms of affordability, range of apps, ease of setup, reasonably updated OS, and access to the internet via a Kyrgyz SIM card in a country with limited wi-fi) for $250. Donations of any amount are incredibly appreciated.
